Job summary
Consor is seeking a Transportation CAD Technician to deliver high-quality drafting support for municipal and transportation projects. You will work with project managers, engineers, and design teams to review drawings, ensure accuracy, and drive constructability from early planning through detailed design and permitting.

Qualifications
- Training in CAD, drafting, or design technology or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Experience with transportation engineering, preferably TxDOT.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D (or MicroStation/OpenRoads) and plan production.
Responsibilities
- Review roadway, drainage, traffic control, and utility plans to develop design drawings and contract documents.
- Prepare and revise roadway design plans, profiles, cross-sections, and corridor models in CAD.
- Produce plan sets in coordination with engineers and design teams to meet standards and objectives.
- Develop and maintain engineering documentation including quantity calculations and exhibits.
- Create and modify alignments, surfaces, corridors, and grading models using Civil 3D.
