Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in concrete, asphalt, roadway, or commercial construction preferred.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor daily.
• Reliable transportation and good attendance required.

Responsibilities

• Perform concrete installation, repair, finishing, and patchwork.
• Assist with asphalt paving, roadway maintenance, and repairs.
• Support transportation and commercial construction projects.
• Perform general building maintenance and repair duties.
• Prepare and maintain job sites, equipment, and materials.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting materials.
• Follow all MTA safety guidelines and company procedures.
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently and professionally.
• Work overtime as needed to meet project demands.
