Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of progressive transportation inspection experience or 4 years with high school diploma.
• Prior bridge construction inspection experience preferred.
• Valid US driver's license required.
• NCDOT Certifications preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control construction observations for highway and bridge construction.
• Read and interpret contract documents and construction plans.
• Monitor construction sequencing, cost, and scheduling.
• Ensure quality assurance documentation and project records are maintained.
• Maintain uniformity in records across various contracts.
