Job summary

ERS TOWING LLC is seeking a Tow Truck Driver to join the team. You will respond to calls from stranded motorists and provide emergency roadside assistance, accident recovery, and vehicle recovery. You will document each call, handle basic invoicing, and accept payments in the field.

Qualifications

• Must hold the proper license to operate a tow truck in the state.
• Has a clean driving record and can exhibit safe driving skills.
• Experience with basic roadside assistance, such as changing a tire.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to roadside emergencies within a designated area.
• Professionally and accurately assist the client by doing minor repairs, or recovering the vehicle and bringing it to a designated location.
• Maintain the tow truck and all of your equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintain excellent records of calls responded to.
• Write and present invoices to clients in the field and accept payment as needed.
