Job summary

U.S. Xpress is seeking an Agent to handle complex over-the-road repairs and coordination. The role involves documenting requests, tracking progress, and communicating with drivers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.

Position open to remote: No. Working hours are Monday-Friday 10:00-19:00. Compensation ranges from $21.64 to $25.46 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and paid time off as part of a robust rewards program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of XRA Triage experience preferred.
• 1 year experience in transportation or logistics preferred.
• 1 year experience in Diesel technology or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex over-the-road problems and repairs; document related requests and monitor progress.
• Coordinate with daily automated reporting tools to manage workflow.
• Outbound calls to drivers and vendors to track progress and escalate as needed.
• Field incoming calls/emails regarding tractor or trailer repair and status updates.
• Prioritize recovery reports and coordinate with Equipment Coordinators as needed.
• Coordinate with parts group to expedite backordered parts and materials.
