Job summary

AAA Mountain West Group in Fairfield, CA is hiring a Tow Service Specialist to serve as the face of AAA on the road, delivering safe, reliable roadside assistance.

You will operate tow trucks, run simple diagnostics, perform tire changes, fuel delivery, and lock-outs, and provide calm, trustworthy support to members. Excellent training, guaranteed hours, and a robust benefits package accompany the role, with a schedule that includes weekends and shifts from 2pm to 12:30am.

Qualifications

• Willingness and flexibility to work the hours between 2pm - 12:30am, including weekends. Actual schedule will be given after training.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Operating tow trucks safely and efficiently.
• Performing simple vehicle diagnostics to figure out the issue.
• Providing essential roadside assistance, including tire changes, fuel delivery, and vehicle lock-outs.
• Building trust, problem-solving, and being a calming presence for our members on the scene.
