Job summary

AAA Mountain West Group in Phoenix, AZ is hiring tow operators to join our roadside hero team. You will operate tow trucks safely, provide roadside assistance, and deliver exceptional service to our members during stressful situations.

We offer guaranteed hours (minimum 40 per week), starting pay at $22 per hour, plus shift differentials up to $1.50 per hour and monthly bonuses. Comprehensive benefits, 401(k) with matching, and tuition reimbursement are available.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record

Responsibilities

• Operate tow trucks safely and efficiently.
• Perform simple vehicle diagnostics to identify issues.
• Provide roadside assistance including tire changes, fuel delivery, and lock-outs.
• Build trust and remain a calming presence for our members on the scene.
• Communicate clearly under pressure.
• Drive a manual or automatic shift vehicle.
