Qualifications

• Experience: a few months to one year in a similar role preferred.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and communicate with customers to address inquiries and service requests.
• Enter all service calls into dispatching software with relevant details.
• Dispatch tow truck drivers to locations based on customer needs and job roles.
• Communicate with customers and insurance companies about release documents and payments.
• Receive and process credit card information for payments.
• Release impounded property and vehicles per procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities.
