Qualifications

• Prior experience in automotive maintenance or roadside assistance preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Authorized to work in the USA and able to pass background, drug test, and MVR checks.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings.

Responsibilities

• Respond to roadside assistance calls promptly and professionally.
• Provide on-site support: jump starts, tire changes, lockouts, fluid top-offs, battery testing.
• Conduct basic vehicle checks and report major concerns to the Service Advisor.
• Maintain accurate service records and keep tools and equipment in good condition.
• Follow safety policies and communicate clearly with customers and teammates.
