Job summary

SP+ is seeking a Roadside Assistance Vehicle Operator in Austin, TX, to support customers with vehicle services and traffic guidance. Two shift options run Wednesday through Sunday, with hours from early morning to evening.

Candidates must hold a high school diploma and a valid driver’s license, and commit to a professional, service-oriented demeanor. Responsibilities include assisting customers, coordinating with DOT and law enforcement as needed, and maintaining vehicle readiness.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have and maintain a valid state driver’s license.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with vehicle services including flat tires, jumpstarts, minor repairs, and refueling.
• Guide motorists and manage traffic flow around toll roads.
• Coordinate with DOT and law enforcement as needed.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report incidents.
• Arrive on time in uniform for shifts.
