Job summary

Zingerman’s Roadhouse in Ann Arbor is seeking a Roadshow/To-Go Area Floor Leader to oversee daily operations for 32–35 hours per week. This full-time role requires early morning and afternoon shifts, including weekends, with a compensation of $12.00/hour plus tips (average $22/hour).

You will lead front-of-house staff, train teammates in the moment, maintain knowledge of all menu items, wines and beverages, and ensure a clean, well-organized Roadshow and To-Go area.

Qualifications

• Experience using front of house operating systems and related technology.
• Experience training and coaching staff in the moment.
• Strong guest-service orientation and ability to handle a range of walk-up and drive-thru interactions.

Responsibilities

• Greets all guests and delivers the Zingerman’s Experience to everyone.
• Leads Roadshow/To-Go staff in cleaning and maintaining FOH areas and equipment.
• Speaks knowledgeably about all menu items, wines, and beverages.
• Writes shift notes promptly and communicates with Roadhouse management.
• Stays until shift needs are met and facilitates smooth morning-to-evening transition.
