Job summary

Heather Gardens Association in Aurora, CO, is seeking a Roads & Grounds Associate to join our full-time operations team. The role covers lawn care, irrigation support, seasonal operations, and general grounds upkeep in a 55+ community.

You'll work under the Roads & Grounds Manager, with outdoor tasks in varying weather, including snow removal, using hand and power tools, and operating vehicles safely. Competitive hourly pay and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Requires at least a tenth-grade education.
• Grounds or landscape experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools.
• Ability to operate motor vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain lawns, shrubs, and grounds (mowing, edging, fertilization, sod/seed).
• Support irrigation systems and seasonal adjustments.
• Seasonal operations including snow removal and ice mitigation.
