Job summary

Heather Gardens Association is seeking a dependable Maintenance Associate to join our maintenance team in Aurora, CO. The role offers a full-time daytime schedule, with tasks spanning carpentry, electrical work, door/window repairs, and preventive maintenance across a vibrant community.

You will work with an experienced maintenance team, using hand and power tools, and contributing to a safe, well-maintained environment for residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0-2+ years building maintenance experience.
• Valid Colorado drivers license with clean driving record.
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
• Ability to lift, bend, climb, and work indoors/outdoors.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
• Must provide basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Carpentry, painting, patching and caulking.
• Minor electrical repairs.
• Door, lock and window repairs.
• Preventive maintenance.
• Assisting with HVAC and mechanical systems.
• Maintaining tools and equipment.
• Supporting special maintenance projects.
