Washington County Government is seeking an Operator III for the Roads department in Fayetteville, AR. The role involves labor tasks in county road construction, improvement, and maintenance, and operating road department equipment such as dump trucks, loaders, and graders.

You will also help procure and maintain parts inventory and support shop operations. Responsibilities include monitoring signage, installing highway signs, maintaining tools and equipment, and ensuring inventory values stay

Qualifications

• Must pass criminal background check and obtain and maintain federally mandated security clearances where required.
• Subject to pre-employment, random drug and reasonable suspicion testing.
• Promotional candidates may require an assignment drug test.
