Job summary

Ferrovial seeks a maintenance technician in Florida to service roads and related assets. You will perform repairs, traffic control setup, and routine maintenance per contract standards under supervision.

The role requires physical work, willingness to travel to sites, and availability for overtime. A high school diploma and valid driver’s license are preferred; CDL or electrical/welding credentials are a plus.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair for infrastructure assets.
• Ability to read, write and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.
• Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance, servicing and repairs of roads and infrastructure assets.
• Set up and remove traffic control devices for MOT.
• Operate vehicles and equipment to transport crew and gear to sites.
• Assist with bridge and surface maintenance including concrete/asphalt work.
• Respond to emergency rotations as needed.
• Maintain and repair signs, guardrails, and lighting.
