Zusammenfassung

Ferrovial's Webber, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair highway structures, bridges, and related systems across the United States. You will work from heights, operate maintenance equipment, and participate in emergency response rotations.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, 1 year of construction/maintenance experience, and CDL, electrical, or welding certifications are desirable.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of structures maintenance.
• Must practice safe work methods to remain accident and injury free.
• Ability to recognize hazards and avoid loss or injury.
• Must wear PPE.
• Cooperate and communicate with coworkers and supervisors.
• Basic math and ability to read/instructed materials.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and maintenance docs.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and repair highway structures including concrete, structural steel, welding, expansion joints, carpentry and painting.
• Create safe MOT control by setup and removal of traffic controls devices.
• Work from heights in bucket trucks, snooper trucks, scaffolding, ladders and aerial platforms lifts.
• Repair/maintain bridge and culvert slopes, berms, drains using various tools.
• Control vegetation using lawn equipment and trimmers, sprayers.
• Maintain bridge fender systems including signs and lighting.
• Work around water and from boats.
• Transport crew and equipment to sites using large trucks and trailers.
• Be available for emergency response rotations including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
