Job summary

Qualifications

• Professional Engineer license required; strong leadership in an engineering department.
• Experience budgeting and planning for state and federal projects.
• Proven track record in managing engineering operations and staff.

Responsibilities

• Direct the Engineering Department and oversee budgeting and planning for state/federal projects.
• Supervise staff and serve on the Management Team for major decisions.
• Coordinate surveys, designs, and construction of county roads and bridges, ensuring standards compliance.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and liaison with state agencies and municipalities.
