Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Comfort with travel up to 90% and regional assignments.
• Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and performing demanding work.
• Comfortable working at heights and using hand tools.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Learn to install and service residential elevators under mentorship.
• Develop skills to assemble, install, and troubleshoot systems.
• Progress to higher roles within 12–18 months.
