Qualifications

2+ years hands-on CNC machinery repair experience.
Proficient with precision measuring tools (dial indicators, micrometers).
Strong understanding of CNC controls and basic electrical/pneumatic/hydraulic schematics.
Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities

Travel to customer sites across New England to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC machine tools and related equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance and identify performance improvements.
Diagnose issues across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components.
Troubleshoot using manuals, docs, and vendor support to resolve problems.
Communicate equipment status and recommendations to customers clearly.
Complete service and installation reports accurately.
