Job summary

Vault Roofing is seeking a results-driven in-home sales professional to join our residential roofing team. You will conduct 10-15 pre-scheduled appointments weekly, present solutions, and guide homeowners from first contact to close, earning uncapped commissions.

With a strong training program, you’ll develop negotiation and communication skills, work a 5-day schedule (Mon-Sat), and advance with promotions. A reliable vehicle and tech proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• In-home sales experience preferred but not required.
• Must have reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to work a 5 day work week (Mon-Sat).
• Coachable and eager to learn.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 10 to 15 pre-scheduled, confirmed in-home appointments weekly.
• Earn more commission for self-generated business.
• Drive to pre-set appointments.
• Complete a three-week training program with the sales team.
• Attend weekly sales meetings.
• Handle additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
