Vault Roofing is seeking a results-driven in-home sales professional to join our team. You will conduct 10–15 scheduled appointments weekly, drive to appointments, and complete our training program to maximize earnings through commissions.

The role offers base pay plus commission initially, with uncapped commission after six months, and opportunities for promotions. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required, with a 5-day work week including Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required.
• In-home sales experience preferred but not required.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient with laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.

Responsabilités

• Conduct 10 to 15 pre-scheduled in-home appointments per week.
• Earn more commission for self-generated business.
• Drive to pre-set appointments.
• Complete a three-week training program with the sales team.
• Attend weekly sales meetings.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
