West Virginia Paving, Inc., a CRH company, is a premier grading and paving contractor in West Virginia. We seek a Traffic Control Technician to oversee traffic control operations on road construction sites to ensure the safety of workers, drivers and pedestrians.

The role requires coordination with project managers and superintendents, equipment delivery to sites, and regular reporting. Overtime and night work may be required; high school diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in traffic-adjacent environments.
• Willingness to pass required classes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee traffic control at road construction sites.
• Deliver equipment to job sites by truck.
• Maintain records of deliveries and time.
• Coordinate with superintendents and project manager.
• Set up and maintain traffic control devices.
• Work near traffic and may include night shifts.
