Qualifications

• Class C Driver's License required.
• 2–3 years transit supervisory experience preferred.
• Computer literate (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work shifts or flexible schedules; pass DOT drug testing if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Communicate job requirements and responsibilities to drivers.
• Schedule daily activities, provide counseling, and submit evaluation reports to local management.
• Conduct on-scene accident investigations and assist in preparing reports.
• Develop and deliver driver training and safety courses; retrain drivers after incidents.
• Observe on-road driver performance and document safety violations.
