Job summary

Best Line Equipment in Pennsylvania is seeking a field service technician to troubleshoot, repair, service, inspect, and maintain forklift and industrial equipment. This full-time role includes on-call duties, online and factory training, and a competitive benefits package.

Compensation ranges from $55,000 to $80,000 annually, depending on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, disability, life insurance, EAP, vacation, sick time, holidays, uniforms, and tool

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent industry experience required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and computer skills required.
• Strong electrical and mechanical abilities; welding/fabrication and DC electrical experience beneficial.
• Ability to read schematics, repair manuals, and manage warranty claims is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair forklift and industrial equipment.
• Service, inspect, and maintain equipment.

Job Overview

• Troubleshoot, repair, service, inspect, and maintain a variety of forklift and industrial equipment.
• Some on-call responsibilities may apply.
• Full-time position with excellent benefits and competitive compensation. 40-50 hours per week and 1 Saturday a month.
• Online and factory training.

Requirements

• Must possess strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, computer skills, and strong electrical and mechanical abilities.
• Beneficial experience would include welding/fabrication, DC electrical, hydraulic, combustion, and associated skill sets.
• Ability to work with computers, schematics, repair manuals and warranty claims is an advantage.
• A high school diploma or equivalent industry experience will qualify.

Estimated annual compensation: $55,000 - $80,000 (dependent on experience)
