Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in marketing in a B2B sales environment.
• Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, Chemistry or Engineering.
• Experience commercializing new products and penetrating new markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of Asphalt Additives and Systems marketing campaigns for launch and commercialization across Hot Mix, Warm Mix, Cold Mix, and Rejuvenation.
• Develop market plans, budgets, volume forecasts, and financial projections aligned with business objectives.
• Define market segmentation, customer profiles, product positioning, and go-to-market priorities for the portfolio.
