S&L Industrial in Billings, MT is seeking experienced CDL Driver/Operators to join our outdoor, safety‑minded team. You will operate Class A trucks and pavement marking equipment, set up traffic control, and help with roadway projects.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL required.
• Experience in pavement marking, traffic control, roadway construction, or heavy equipment operation is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel, work nights, weekends, overtime, and varying schedules as needed.
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Operate Class A CDL trucks and pavement marking equipment.
• Assist with roadway striping and pavement marking operations.
• Set up and maintain traffic control for roadway construction projects.
• Load, unload, and transport equipment and materials.
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on trucks and equipment.
• Support the crew in completing projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Follow all company safety policies and wear required PPE.
