Job summary

TRP Construction Group, LLC is seeking a full-time Pavement Markings Laborer to perform highway maintenance in the Sulphur Springs area. The role includes operating and maintaining equipment, completing inspection forms, and ensuring safety and production on every job.

Qualifications emphasize a valid driver's license and the ability to work flexible hours, including some nights and weekends. CDL is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and a good driving record; CDL preferred.
• Maintain safety and DOT compliance in all tasks.
• Operate and maintain various pavement marking equipment daily.
• Carry out basic arithmetic and keep accurate reports.
• Adapt to changing schedules and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform highway maintenance tasks to ensure road safety.
• Operate and maintain spray systems and truck-mounted equipment.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspection forms.
• Maximize production on each job.
• Ensure all work complies with DOT and quality guidelines.
