Job summary

Transdev in San Jose, CA is seeking a Road Supervisor to ensure all routes are completed in compliance with safety procedures. Successful candidates will have supervisory transit experience and a valid driver’s license, dedicating themselves to customer service.

The role involves communicating with drivers, conducting investigations, and developing training programs. Compensation ranges from $31.16 to $32.65 per hour, with benefits including paid time off and medical coverage after 30 days.

Qualifications

• 3 years of driving experience and a valid Driver's License.
• Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable.
• Supervisory experience with hourly employees; 2-3 years transit supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate job requirements and responsibilities to drivers.
• Conduct on-the-scene accident investigations.
• Develop and host driver training and safety courses.
• Evaluate and monitor driver safety and performance.
