Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and leadership to drivers.
• Monitor driver performance in safety and service quality.
• Assist with documenting employee actions and recommendations.
• Communicate effectively with management regarding safety issues.
• Investigate and respond to operator incidents and accidents.
