Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Purcell, OK. Start date is 11/30/2026 with 40 hours per week and 8-hour day shifts in a travel role.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests and patient history to identify functional limitations.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and goals.
• Implement therapy plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
