Job summary

AllSearch Recruiting seeks a Road Project Manager for Indianapolis to lead state and locally funded roadway projects. You will oversee scope, schedules, budgets, and civil design activities across multiple concurrent projects with INDOT and Federal Aid compliance.

The role requires a BS in Civil Engineering, 6+ years of roadway engineering, 2+ years of PM experience, and an Indiana PE or the ability to obtain one within six months. AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MS Office are essential.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering required.
• 6+ years road or roadway engineering experience.
• 2+ years civil engineering project management experience.
• Indiana PE license or ability to obtain within six months.
• Experience managing civil engineering projects.
• Strong understanding of the INDOT Federal Aid design process.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage Federal Aid, INDOT, and local roadway projects from notice to proceed through post-letting services.
• Provide roadway design direction and manage civil engineering and project delivery activities.
• Develop and manage project scopes, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate roadway design activities with engineers, CAD designers, internal departments, and subconsultants.
• Support the development of Letters of Interest (LOIs) for state and local transportation projects.
• Review and approve civil and roadway design calculations.
• Review roadway drawings, construction plans, and design documents for multiple concurrent projects.
• Coordinate project elements associated with INDOT and Federal Aid design requirements.
• Meet with clients regarding roadway and civil project requirements, scope, and design recommendations.

Road Project Manager - Construction - Base Salary to 120k/year - Indianapolis, IN

• Our client is a civil engineering firm seeking a Road Project Manager to support the design and delivery of state and locally funded roadway projects throughout Indiana. This position will manage civil and roadway design projects while coordinating project scope, schedules, budgets, design activities, and project teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Federal Aid, INDOT, and local roadway projects from notice to proceed through post-letting services.
• Provide roadway design direction and manage civil engineering and project delivery activities.

Compensation:

• Base salary in the 90k - 120k/year range
