Qualifications

• High school or GED required with on-the-job training in mowing/road clearing equipment.
• Experience operating mowing and road-clearing equipment preferred.
• Must have or be able to obtain a valid Arkansas Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Mow, clear bushes and trees in county rights-of-way.
• Maintain county properties and equipment.
• Set up signage and flag traffic during road work.
• Operate hand tools (e.g., chain saw).
• Shovel gravel and load materials for repairs.
• Transport materials for repair work.
