Job summary

Mohave County Public Works - Roads Division is seeking a Road Maintenance Worker to help maintain county roads across Mohave County. The role involves outdoor, physically demanding tasks and operating a range of road maintenance equipment.

Starting pay is 18.22–22.41 per hour, with potential for overtime and travel across the county. Work consists of four 10-hour shifts with seasonal hours and occasional overtime for callouts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must possess a valid driver's license at start of employment and maintain it.
• Must be able to obtain a valid Commercial Driver’s License within six months of hire.
• Ability to travel across Mohave County for job assignments.
• Outdoor, physical work including lifting 25–100 lbs and operating road maintenance equipment.
