Responsibilities

• Maintains state highway systems: patching potholes, traffic control, signs, cones, and debris removal.
• Maintains and repairs state highway facilities: signs, guardrails, curbs, and equipment.
• Operates vehicles to transport people/equipment and to assist in snow/ice control.
• May repair bridge decks and clean bridge bents/caps at height.
• May install signs and perform sign post maintenance.
