Job summary

The Mohave County Roads Division in Golden Valley, AZ is seeking a Maintenance Worker to perform road maintenance tasks across county roads. The role uses hand tools and light to medium equipment, follows safety procedures, and may require overtime, weekends, or holidays.

Starting pay is $18.22–$22.41 per hour, with 4 ten-hour shifts and travel as needed to support crews county-wide; Mohave County offers PTO, health benefits, retirement and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Knowledge of road maintenance and repair methods.
• Ability to operate hand tools and light to medium equipment.
• Familiarity with safety procedures for outdoor manual labor.

Responsibilities

• Perform road maintenance and repair tasks using various manual labor assignments.
• Operate hand tools and light to medium equipment as required.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain tools and equipment.
• Assist with traffic control and flagging when needed.
• Work flexible hours, overtime, and occasional weekends/holidays.
