Job summary

Flagship Communities is seeking a Road Maintenance Technician to lead crews in concrete, blacktop, and sealcoating projects. The ideal candidate will supervise and coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring safety and quality standards while working to keep residential roadways in good condition.

Applicants should have 5 years of supervisor, cement, and/or asphalt maintenance experience, with the ability to work autonomously and follow health and safety guidelines.

Summary of Position

We are looking for a hardworking, eager Road Maintenance Forman to join our team. Primary responsibilities include leading the crew for concrete, blacktop, and sealcoating teams. We are currently seeking a dedicated individual with a wide variety of skill sets. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and responsibly by observing all health and safety guidelines and take pride in the standards and services they deliver to our residents.

EDUCATION LEVEL REQUIRED
