Job summary

APAC-AL, Inc., a CRH Company in the Southeast U.S., seeks general laborers for road construction projects in Alabama. You’ll join a heavy highway crew or production team, performing shovel, rake, form setting, concrete pouring, material handling, and safety duties.

Prior exposure to asphalt and equipment operation is beneficial. We value dependable attendance and a positive attitude; candidates should be physically capable, able to pass examinations, and work with safety standards across sites

Qualifications

• Must be able to repetitively lift up to 30 pounds and pass physical exam.
• Knowledge of basic tools and measurement skills.
• Prior construction experience preferred.
• Maintain reliable attendance and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform a range of general laboring duties on road construction projects.
• Shovel, rake, move materials, set forms, pour concrete, and clean up site.
• Operate equipment or assist as needed; follow safety regulations.
