Qualifications

• Experience working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to follow safety policies and procedures.
• Clear verbal and written communication abilities.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to understand and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor on construction projects.
• Operate asphalt rake and level asphalt to specifications.
• Use sledge hammer, pick and shovel for site work.
• Hook up trailers and attach equipment.
• Set up traffic control, barrels and cones as a flagger.
• Finish paving and maintain milled surfaces.
• Operate broom and skid steer for cleanup.
• Maintain and operate heavy equipment safely.
