Qualifications

• Completion of the eighth (8th) grade and two years' experience in the operation and routine maintenance of moderately medium-sized construction and automotive equipment.
• Must possess a valid Florida driver's license at the time of hire and maintain thereafter.
• Must possess and maintain a valid Florida CDL Class B at the time of hire and maintain thereafter.

Responsibilities

• Operates 10-wheel commercial trucks and other heavy equipment.
• Performs routine field lubrication and maintenance.
• Performs daily safety inspections of equipment before and after use.
• Relocates to other county locations based on operational needs.
• Responds to emergency situations as needed.
