Qualifications

• Knowledge of operation of bucket loaders, snow plow trucks, snow blowers, rollers, tractors, dump trucks, and street cleaning equipment.
• Valid NYS Class B CDL required; endorsements per option timelines.
• Part-time credit prorated toward experience.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform year-round traffic control (flagging) and operate trucks for hauling materials.
• Transport workers, tools, and equipment to job sites.
• Operate mowers for roadside vegetation and service assigned vehicles.
• Load/unload materials and assist in road/bridge maintenance tasks.
• Follow instructions and report repairs to Shop Manager.
