Trek Bicycle is seeking a passionate leader to define and drive the Road, Gravel, and Triathlon bike strategy. This role leads a team of product managers and a broader development group, shaping product vision from concept to launch and aligning with market needs and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience directing cross-functional teams.
• Deep knowledge of bicycle industry dynamics and product life cycle.
• Ability to define product vision across Road, Gravel and Triathlon.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define the Global Road, Gravel, and Triathlon bike vision.
• Lead a group of product managers and broader development teams.
• Oversee development of Road bike products including positioning, performance, cost.
• Define specs, milestones, and QA with cross-functional team.
• Set success metrics and track progress toward goals.
• Plan multiple projects and manage deadlines.
• Drive design efforts and maintain the product line strategy.
• Research market trends through travel and events.
