Trek is seeking a Director of Road Bikes and Project One to define the vision for Trek's Road, Gravel, and Triathlon lines. You will lead a group of product managers and collaborate with design, engineering, and marketing to drive product strategy and launches.

The role requires bicycle industry experience and proven leadership. Based in Waterloo, WI, this position offers deep involvement in Trek's premium custom program and a strong, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading road bike product teams.

• Ability to manage product lifecycle from concept to launch.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision for Road, Gravel, and Triathlon products.
• Lead PMs and guide the development group.
• Oversee product specs, milestones, and QA for cross-functional teams.
• Define success metrics and track performance.
• Coordinate market research and sales analysis.
