Job summary

Trek Bicycle Corporation is seeking a Project Manager in Product Development to oversee multiple projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget. You will collaborate with Product Managers, Directors, Engineers, and Designers across a global organization to guide projects and support portfolio planning.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong prioritization, attention to detail, and effective communication. Travel internationally and within the U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of project management experience.
• Experience collaborating with product management, directors, engineers and designers.

Responsibilities

• Long-Term Planning and strategic alignment for assigned categories.
• Define project scope, objectives, and stakeholder engagement; ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Lead cross-functional communication; provide weekly updates and escalate issues.
• Kick off and deliver projects on seasonal and strategic timelines; set launch dates with product teams.
• Document deviations and apply lessons learned to improve processes.
