Job summary

NIRA Dynamics Inc. is seeking a Solution Architect to join our growing U.S. team in Detroit. You will be the primary technical point of contact for customers, translating requirements into robust architectures and bridging customer needs with product development.

You will collaborate with a cross-functional team and travel to customer sites across North America, with some international travel. A background in civil or data-focused engineering and strong data analysis skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related engineering discipline.
• Experience in road infrastructure, road asset management, pavement management, or transportation systems.
• Experience with data analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact for customers to ensure their long-term success with our product portfolio.
• Translate customer requirements into technical solution architectures for our platform.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and Data Scientists in an agile environment.
• Onboard customers, analyze use cases, provide training, and guide analytics tools and dashboards.
