The role blends solution design, data analysis, troubleshooting, training, and customer collaboration to help organizations improve asset performance and operational efficiency. Onsite travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, engineering, business or related field.
• 5+ years of enterprise asset management, software implementation, or related experience.
• Strong communication, analytical, and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into practical software, data, processes, and integrations.
• Configure and support asset management solutions, including structures, workflows, dashboards, and mobile processes.
• Help build reliable asset inventories and establish lifecycle and risk‑based maintenance standards.
• Plan and support software implementations from design through deployment and go-live activities.
• Analyze governance, data quality, and efficiency to improve processes and ownership.
• Diagnose and resolve software, data, and environment issues; perform root‑cause analysis.
• Develop SQL queries and manage data imports, exports, mappings, and validation.
• Maintain interfaces with customer, vendor, and third‑party systems; assess risk and scope.
• Define test strategies and verify changes do not disrupt existing functionality.
• Produce user guides and training materials; deliver instructor-led and hands-on training.
• Facilitate customer meetings with project updates and proposals; support business development.
• Travel as needed to support implementations, training, and customer meetings.
