Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Procurement Analyst to manage analyses of large strategic accounts, forecast demand, and enhance supplier relations. This hybrid role is based in Conshohocken, PA, with weekly office presence and collaboration across procurement, sales, and supply chain teams.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, cross-functional communication, and the ability to develop solutions to procurement challenges while maintaining compliance and improving profitability.

Qualifications

• Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year bachelor's degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Normally requires a minimum of one to three years directly related and progressively responsible experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Large Strategic Accounts; forecasts, sales vs. plan and purchasing trends, whether based on historical demand or new customer requirements to maximize Cencora Distribution Service Agreement (DSA) compliance.
• Builds and maintains relationships with Large Strategic Accounts, Suppliers and other functional areas in order to improve performance, buy side profitability, inventory productivity and overall team effectiveness.
• Develops new solutions to various tactical challenges strategic accounts face as it relates to procuring product and supplier and distribution center relations.
• Works with Large Strategic Accounts Manager on opportunities such as deals, rebates, allowances, new item purchases and promotional activities for suppliers and customers.
• Ability to resolve issues with guidance and oversight from manager.
• Ability to multi-task and perform varied functions in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Participates in strategic decisions to find solutions to increase profitability.
• Performs related duties as assigned.

This is a Hybrid role, reporting to our Conshohocken, PA office weekly.

This analyst is responsible for analyzing the existing business relationship with our large strategic accounts while maintaining customer compliance and ensuring manufacturer performance. Recommends and contributes to improve strategies in customer relations resulting in increased value for Cencora.
