Job summary

Cencora in Conshohocken, PA is seeking an Analyst to analyze large strategic accounts, ensure customer compliance, and support supplier and distribution center relations.

The role requires a four-year degree and 1–3 years of related experience, with strong procurement knowledge, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. It is a hybrid position reporting to the Conshohocken office.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar
• Minimum 1–3 years directly related and progressively responsible experience

Responsibilities

• Analyze Large Strategic Accounts; forecasts, sales vs. plan and purchasing trends, whether based on historical demand or new customer requirements to maximize Cencora Distribution Service Agreement (DSA) compliance.
• Builds and maintains relationships with Large Strategic Accounts, Suppliers and other functional areas in order to improve performance, buy side profitability, inventory productivity and overall team effectiveness.
• Develops new solutions to various tactical challenges strategic accounts face as it relates to procuring product and supplier and distribution center relations.
• Works with Large Strategic Accounts Manager on opportunities such as deals, rebates, allowances, new item purchases and promotional activities for suppliers and customers.
• Ability to resolve issues with guidance and oversight from manager.
• Ability to multi-task and perform varied functions in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Participates in strategic decisions to find solutions to increase profitability.
• Performs related duties as assigned.

Job Details

This is a Hybrid role, reporting to our Conshohocken, PA office weekly.

This analyst is responsible for analyzing the existing business relationship with our large strategic accounts while maintaining customer compliance and ensuring manufacturer performance. Recommends and contributes to improve strategies in customer relations resulting in increased value for Cencora.

Experience & Education

• Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year bachelor’s degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Normally requires a minimum of one to three years directly related and progressively responsible experience.
