Job summary

AmerisourceBergen Pharmaceutical Distribution and Strategic Global Sourcing is seeking a logistics support specialist to assist distribution operations in the US. The role includes verifying transportation, updating systems, and preparing shipping documentation.

We offer a $2,000 sign-on bonus and a shift pattern of Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri 6pm–4:30am. Candidates should have at least 2 years of warehouse or distribution experience and a High School diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field.
• CSCP certification preferred.
• Knowledge in fleet operations administration and transportation support processes.

Responsibilities

• Verify transportation, receipt, storage, and shipment information to support accurate movement of products and fleet-related assets.
• Update warehouse and logistics systems with transaction details, status changes, and operational records to preserve data integrity.
• Track fleet activity, shipment progress, and inventory movement to support schedule adherence and timely issue identification.
• Prepare dispatch, shipping, receipt, and related documentation to enable accurate transaction processing.
• Review routine exceptions involving deliveries, returns, inventory discrepancies, or vehicle availability and routes unresolved issues.
• Confirm handling, storage, and movement requirements to support traceability, loss prevention, and fulfillment continuity.

This role is in support of Cencora's distribution services in the US operating through our AmerisourceBergen business.

$2000 Sign-on Bonus

Shift: Monday,Tuesday,Thursday, Friday 6pm-4:30am

Pay Details: Pay starting at$21.00/HR not including shift differentials

Responsibilities

• Actual duties and responsibilities may vary based on business needs, local requirements, and operational practices. Where a team member's role is governed by an employment agreement, local terms and conditions, prior job description or collective bargaining agreement, those documents shall prevail in case of any inconsistency. Mandatory local laws shall also prevail.
• Verifies transportation, receipt, storage, and shipment information to support accurate movement of products and fleet-related assets.
• Updates warehouse and logistics systems with transaction details, status changes, and operational records to preserve data integrity.

Work Experience

• 2+ years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field required.

Skills and Knowledge

• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or equivalent certification preferred.
• Knowledge in fleet operations administration and transportation support processes.
• Knowledge in warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order preparation, shipment processing, and inventory movement.
• Knowledge in logistics documentation, transaction controls, and operational record maintenance.
• Knowledge in warehouse and transportation systems used for status updates, tracking, and transaction processing.
• Knowledge in loss prevention, material handling, and operational control requirements.
• Ability to process routine and moderately complex operational activities within established procedures.
• Ability to identify causes of routine operational issues, analyze basic data, and support issue resolution.
• Ability to maintain accurate operational records and transaction visibility across logistics workflows.
• Ability to communicate with internal and external contacts to obtain or provide operational information of moderate importance.
• Ability to support continuous improvement changes in systems and processes within defined guidelines.
