Transdev is seeking a Program Performance Manager to own the Rider Only program's performance, including data-driven analysis, tooling strategy, and cross-functional collaboration across multiple lines of business in a U.S. context.
The role focuses on aligning with CSLs, driving risk mitigation, and leading the rollout and adoption of new performance tools and dashboards to improve operational outcomes.

The Program Performance Manager serves as the program owner for operational performance, with a focus on driving outcomes through data, tooling, and cross-functional alignment. This role ensures end-to-end accountability for program success, including alignment with contractual service levels (CSLs), identification of performance trends, and proactive risk mitigation. The manager owns the strategy and implementation of tooling that supports Rider Only workflows and performance tracking, working closely with internal stakeholders to define requirements, oversee rollouts, and ensure adoption. Through transparent reporting, KPI-driven insights, and structured execution, this role enables scalable, efficient operations across multiple lines of business.

Own the AV Rider Only program performance, including all key inputs, outputs, dependencies, and alignment with contractual service levels (CSLs), with the potential to expand ownership to additional programs as business needs evolve
Lead performance analysis using data dashboards and KPIs to identify trends, optimize workflows, and drive continuous improvement across lines of business
Own tooling strategy and implementation related to program performance, including stakeholder alignment, requirements gathering, rollout planning, and user adoption
Drive cross-functional initiatives and special projects, ensuring they are scoped, prioritized, and executed effectively to meet business objectives
Serve as the primary liaison for program performance, delivering timely, data-driven updates and insights to internal and external stakeholders
Participate in operational excellence efforts (e.g., Lean, Kaizen), leveraging structured methodologies to increase efficiency and reduce risk
Ensure compliance with global standards and program-level processes, proactively identifying areas for standardization and scalability
Drive special projects and programs completion assigned by the Head of Product and Tooling
Communicate clearly with the different stakeholders, both Transdev management and the client accordingly
Interpret metrics, finds opportunities and implements actions to drive results
Maintains high degree of confidentiality of all information

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or 2+ years of operations experience leading teams
Preferred Education: Degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related field is a plus
2 or more years of relevant experience desired, but not necessary; however, some supervisory experience, required
Knowledge of service area and ability to read a map/digital map directions
Ability to use a computer to generate reports and schedules
Ability to supervise others and make quality business decisions regarding operations
Ability to read, understand, and interpret system operating rules, regulations, policies, phases and routes
Good written and oral communication skills
Ability to organize and perform work efficiently; strong analytical skills and attention to details
Travel up to 20% of the time
Work flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights and/or holidays including standing and walking for up to 10 hours during shifts
Long periods of standing, walking, and sitting
Use hands to finger; handle or feel; and talk or hear; climb stairs and/or ladders
Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
Majority of work is accomplished indoors and in air conditioned or well-ventilated facilities
May work in extreme heat and cold, and in damp environment with moderate noise
Work is occasionally accomplished in an office or in a cubicle space equipped with a computer
Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 45 pounds
Must use close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
