Job summary

Quail Park of Lynnwood, part of Living Care Lifestyles, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse/Registered Nurse to monitor and assess residents, mentor Care Partners and Medication Techs, and ensure high-quality care. Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, with opportunities to support medication management and care planning.

The team fosters resident dignity and individualized care, offering benefits and growth opportunities. CPR/First Aid current and ongoing CE credits are expected.

Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse in good standing with State Licensing Authority.
• Experience in training and team member development preferred.
• Strong documentation and communication skills with residents, families, team members and physicians.

Responsibilities

• Assist with resident assessment and implementation of care needs.
• Participate in resident and family care conferences as requested by Health & Wellness Director or Executive Director.
• Assist with communication between residents, family, and physicians regarding resident health care issues.
• Ensure changes in resident conditions are evaluated, monitored, documented and effective interventions are implemented.
• Provide mentoring and education to caregiving team members to ensure proper care and follow through of all care needs.
• Assist with medication management to ensure safe and effective dispensing and accurate MARs.
